Our interview process is a dialogue designed to help us to get to know each other. Here’s what to expect:

Knowing more about you. You’ll walk us through your CV to help us learn more about your educational and professional background as well as your personal experiences. This will help us see how and where you might fit in at Securite Assurance.

Understanding how you solve problems. Working with your interviewer, you’ll analyze a theoretical problem or a case study. This part of the interview is designed to help us evaluate your analytical skills and how you react to complex problems.

Testing your technical skills. Your interviewer will ask you specific questions to better understand how prepared you are to the position you are applying to. You might take a computerized test too.

The Excel test. Most of our team members deal with and analyze data very regularly, and they do so by working with Excel. That’s how we take most of our decisions! Therefore, depending on the position you’re applying for, we would like to make sure, through few exercises on Excel, that you’re comfortable in handling data in a quick and efficient manner.

The Essay. Having good written English is key for us. We have learned that it ensures clarity, avoids unnecessary misunderstandings, and enables good execution. That’s why we’ll ask you to write a short essay of 250 words to see how comfortable you are in expressing yourself in English, while being structured, crisp and on point.
